Felt Forming Machine

A2Z Felt forming Machine is designed to form the filter thermally from synthetic media.
Media is pleated and pleated pack is placed into heated die for set interval to form the filter.
Depending on media property and filter design, machine can have 3 or 4 stages of operations like filter edges forming, pleat forming and edge trimming.
System is hydraulically operated with easy change of dies for different part numbers, different size & shape of filters can be produced from length 100 to 300mm, width 50 to 200mm and pleat depth range 20 to 100mm.
