A2Z Mini Pleat Intelligent Blade Pleater line has been designed to produce mini pleat with hotmelt in various working width up to 1500mm and pleat depth range 10 to 150mm on media such as glass fiber paper (for HEPA filters) Polyester, Spunbond, and Nonwovens.
Pleat depth is automatically adjusted and controlled through PLC also, machine speed, pre & post heating and pleat counting & marking can also be controlled through the PLC.
